Cancellation Policy

Aioca Skin Studio Cancellation Policy

We reserve your spa treatments especially for you and value your business. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please respect our scheduling policies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • Notification Requirement: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Anticipate Delays: Allow sufficient time for travel, including potential traffic and parking delays.

Fees and Charges:

  • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • Same-Day Bookings: If you book a service on the same day and cancel or do not show up, you will be charged in full.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten your service, but you will be charged the full price of the booked service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a full charge if there is insufficient time to perform the service.

Additional Information:

  • Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations, including those intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.
  • Automated Reminders: You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Confirm your appointment by clicking “confirm” in the reminder email. Note that replies to these automated reminders are not accepted for cancellations or rescheduling.

Acceptable Forms of Communication for Cancellations/Rescheduling:

  • Call, text, or use our texting service to cancel or reschedule within the acceptable period.

Payment and Security:

  • Payment Methods: You may choose your method of payment upon checkout. If paying by credit card, please have it on hand.
  • Credit Card Security: We do not store your full credit card information. Our payment processor provides a secure, unique token that cannot be used by anyone else.

Client Responsibility:

  • Policy Awareness: It is your responsibility to read and understand our policies, pre-care and aftercare instructions, contraindications, and disclaimers.
  • Appointment Reminders: Ensure you read all appointment reminders and follow the necessary steps for confirmation.
